DH and I have eaten at many higher end on-property restaurants. For our 16th anniversary Friday, we chose Citricos.
We arrived a few minutes before our reservation, and made our way upstairs to the second floor to check in at the hostess stand. We were asked to wait a few minutes and it was no longer than 5 minutes before we were seated.
We had the fortune of being seated right in front of the kitchen. Before our server appeared, we had been greeted by two chefs. For foodies like us, it was the perfect table! Chef Jonathan in the picture below.
Server, Jason, appeared and asked for our beverage order. He brought our still spring water, and an amuse bouche of pork burnt ends with an apple slaw.
We even had personalized menus!
