Hi yall! Okay, so I am looking to go to the Cirque du Soleil show this Thanksgiving and have a few questions for you...do you know where one might get discounted tickets (military or not related, either or) and do you have any sort of seat recommendation? There are seats available, but they are in the balcony and then off to the edge of the stage, not centered. Is this still okay or should we wait until a different time to attend? Thank you all so so much!!!

All the seats, with 'maybe' the exception of the new third tiered priced seats, here in yellow are fine. I do like the second level seats better than the lower level, as a lot of things happen on the walkway between the two sections, as well as high up and both are easier to see from the second level. Enjoy. Only discounts I have ever seen are AP discounts, and do not think any are out now, not sure though.

I mostly agree with Dan that as long you're not in the yellow you'll really enjoy the show. However, for us the lower the better! The first time we went we sat centered about 2/3rd the way up and loved it... and then the next time we were in Row A dead center. I was a bit concerned about the people that said we'd get sore necks from being "too" low, but afterwards I couldn't disagree more. "Magical" was the best way to describe the feeling of being down front. You get a much better appreciation for the performers as you can hear and see how hard they are working out on the floor, plus the performers constantly made eye contact with us. And our necks were just fine. Yes, some of the acts are "above" you, but again it gives you a better perspective of the challenges the performers are facing.

There are only a few "bad" seats in the house. I've seen the show several times -- front row center, mid-tier 1, mid-tier 2 -- all over the place. I agree with Geoff -- a seat down front has some advantages such as making eye contact and seeing the amazing concentration and exertion of each performer. But sitting in tier 2 is great also, because you can see everything easily.

Sat in section 102, row F, seats 17 & 18. Great seats, great show. Never wanted to see the show, DW made me go this trip. Can't wait to go back and see it again. It was awsome!!

Wow, thank you all so much! What wonderful information! We ended up getting section 102 I believe (the one that is right next to the middle section on the right hand side) in seats 1 and 2 in the front row, so right next to the aisle on the center side, so we are very close to the front center. We had this and the balcony center from which to pick and my boyfriend really wanted the front row tickets, so there we go! Thank you all so much for your help!! I am so excited to see it--I havent yet, but Robbie has and it should be so much fun. yay!! thank you all so much!
