I just purchased my tickets for CDS...
My seats are section 103 row h seats 18 & 19...are these any good?

I'd say those are pretty close to being a couple of the best seats in the house!

thanks for the floor plan...the seats dont look too bad...close to an exit and from what I could tell on the omni web site a full view of the stage...I am very excited....

It also looks like Sono and I will be there about the same time!!!

What date and time will you be there?
We'll be there for the 9/26/06 - 9:00pm show.

we will be at disney -comtemporary resort sept 25-30 doing circ sept 29 9pm the night before we leave...I needed something to WOW BF...I hope this does it.

1) Good Thing
. . . the seats are nice and close to the stage
. . . you can see performers quite well
. . . the action on the stage will be very visible
2) Bad Thing
. . . the seats are nice and close to the stage
. . . a lot of things happen up in the air the airway-up in
. . . your head will be bobbing like a car-window puppy-dog
. . . you have to turn around for all the aisle performers behind you

Those seats, imho, are probably the "best" in the house for my personal taste. Although there are no "bad" seats in the house - I personally prefer the top 2 rows ( G & H ) of the 100 level, or the bottom 2 rows ( AA & BB ) of the 200 level.

They aren't to close to where you have to look almost directly up - yet they are still close enough to see facial expressions and such. They are very nice seats - I hope you enjoy them!

thanks...that makes me feel better. I'm really looking forward to this trip we have a lot planned and lots to see and do!

how much are tickets to the show, and where do i get tickets? I think it would be such a cool thing to see, but im pretty 'not with it' when it comes to this stuff since my mom is always planning our vacations and this time my friend and i are pretty much on our own... :cool1:  :cool1:

AdventureGuru - these are great seats. I've seen the show several times. The first time we were in the center but the last row in the second level - still loved it. The next time we had the seats where you are (there were more of us so we went across the row) but they were fabulous. I don't want to say too much, but there are clowns that come out just prior to the show and they had some fun with my Mom (70 at the time)! Nothing scary - she loved it. We were laughing so hard we were crying :rotfl2: Unfortunately, they don't allow photography so I never got a picture of it - but still makes us smile today when we talk about it.

We also sat in seats second level, center area, second row up - again - great seats.

I would discourage anyone from sitting too close to the stage and from sitting to far to the right or left. All of the seats give you a great view, it's just that it's a little harder to see everything.

You will love it! There's so much going on but unfortunately it's over before you know it.

Magic Me!
This is our last real vacation for awhile. BF & I are starting to talk about buying a house, marriage etc...(pixie dust welcome on the marriage bit :) )
So, this is our last hoooorahhh! for awhile. I planned this the last night we are at Disney and am soo happy by all the responses I've gotten about the show!
I'm very glad you sat in the seats that we had and were able to test drive them for us!
It sounds like Disney Magic will definately get the best of him yet again!!!

(the first time we went 2 weeks before we were supposed to leave, he tells me that he doesnt know how this is going to be any fun since I had been planning for a year! I nearly cancelled the trip...We got to Disney and with in 30-45 minutes he was on the phone with his mom telling her what a great time he was having and that we have to get everyone there!!! BOYS!)

Definitely a guy thing! Last year we went with my DS and his GF. His GF had been dying to see a CDS show live and I got tickets. He complained the whole time on the way and ended up loving the show!

There are places that show the seating arrangements like some of the guide books. We went 3 years ago don't remember the seat numbers but the show was fantasitic. Have a great time. Went to wolf gang pucks for dinner highly recommend this as a great dinner after the show.

I'm a guy and I wanted to go more than my DW.

You're the exception! I'm convinced that my BF lives in a bubble sometimes...he has NO clue what he is in for...I am guessing (from previous experience) that BF thinks that my planning is just b/c I'm obsessing (ok maybe in someways I am...but he smokes cigarettes-I plan disney vacations...we're all allowed our vices right?)

I cant wait to hear..."wow that was great!" Sometimes its hearing that you were right and made a good choice is worth the $$$
