Wow, that sounds good - cinnamon is one of my favorite all-time foods/spices and I love ricotta. I have an ADR at Tutto, so I hope it's still on the menu in May

No but that sounds amazing. I'm a sugar junkie, add some cinnamon and I'm in heaven. I might have to change one of my ressies just to try it.
