This morning I went for a 2.5 mile walk and this afternoon I did the walk and Kick dvd and 100 sit ups. :sunny:
 
Today I did the walk and jog dvd, sit ups and arm weights. Points have been going well the past 2 days (not great on Sunday :rolleyes: ) but I'm back on track.
 
I went walking for 3.8 miles and did sit ups. Points didn't go too well at dinner b/c I went out to eat, oh well.
 
This morning I did the 4 mile WATP, sit ups and arm weights. I want to be really strict with points today and tomorrow (2 days til weigh in) since I messed up last night when I went out to eat. I'm anxious about this week's weigh in! :crazy:
 

This morning I did sit ups and 4 mile watp with weights. My points went well yesterday but I really haven't planned meals for the rest of the day which is when I slip a little but I know I'll stay within my daily points range today mostly b/c tomorrow is weigh in!
 
Weigh in was this morning and I'm up .2 lbs. Oh well, could have been worse considering I had a bad points week. Thankfully I kicked up the exercise this past week or it could have been worse.
 
This morning I did 3 Mile WATP Express, sit ups and arm weights. I ordered a Tae Bo DVD which is scheduled to arrive within the next 3 days and I'm anxious to try it out. I need something new and I have no desire to do my FIRM dvd's at all!
 
This morning I did 3 mile watp and arm weights. I've been doing well with points, even accounting for flex points which I tend to slack off on.
 
This morning I tried Billy Blanks' Tae Bo dvd for the first time but only got thru 18 minutes of it :faint: then did my walk and kick dvd.

Yesterday was a bad day, no exercise and no regard for points. We went out for a family dinner to celebrate my grandmother's birthday and I blew it :rolleyes: :sad2: :rolleyes1 but that was only one meal and I'm determined to stay on track again. There are 2 more days until weigh in and I'm not looking forward to it!
 
Oh I've always wanted to try Tae Bo! I heard it's excellent!! Don't worry about only getting through part of it...you just gotta slowly build up your endurance so you can get through more and more each time you do it!

Oh, I'm still sore! It will definitely take time to build up to being able to finish the entire workout!

On Friday I walked for 1.3 miles and blew it with points.

Today I walked 1.1 miles and points are going well. I was down .6 at weigh in this morning. I wanted it to be a bigger loss but I didn't do well this week point wise so I'm happy with any loss.
 
Today I did the 3 mile watp and arm weights. I stayed on track with points Saturday and yesterday but not Sunday. Points are going well so far today but I feel like it's going to be a tough week for some reason.

Thanks Sunny! I did the 4 mile watp with weights this morning. Points are fine so far but I have no idea what dinner will be. I'm so sick of the same things over and over.

Today and Tuesday I did the 3 mile watp express with arm weights. I'm not looking forward to weigh in on Saturday, this has been my worst week so far. :rolleyes1
 
I did the walk and kick dvd and arm weights today. Weigh in is tomorrow and I can't imagine how it's going to go. It was a bad week this week (point wise) but it was my own fault so I'll have to work harder next week!
