It wasn't a very productive day today, I only managed to do some ab work.
 
This morning I did Tami Lee Webb's I want those arms and abs. Tomorrow I will go walking and maybe next week I will start up with FIRM or WATP. I haven't done them in a while b/c I've been trying to change my exercise routine.
 
I went walking for 2.8 miles on Friday. On Monday I did the 2 mile WATP Express and arm weights.
 

I went for a 1.7 mile walk. I haven't exercised since last Thursday until today and I'm not even going to talk about points :rolleyes: .

I had my brother's wedding over the weekend, my daughter has 2 ear infections and a sinus infection and my best friend's father died so we have been busy with her family. Hopefully things will calm down next week and I will be able to focus again.
 
I went for a 2.4 mile walk. I haven't been doing a good job point wise :rolleyes: :rolleyes: so I'm going work on tha, again.
 
Cindy, life sure gets in the way of our healthy living, doesn't it?? You've had a lot going on and hopefully things are starting to settle down. I know you'll get back in the exercise and WW groove, though! You can do it!! :sunny: :sunny: :sunny:
 
Hi Doreen, thanks for stopping by. :D Yes, life does really get in the way of weight loss and I don't suppose it's going to get any easier with the holiday season coming up!

Anyways, I went for a 1.6 mile walk today and points are ok. I'm just going to take it one day at a time.

Monday I went for a 1.7 mile walk and on Tuesday I didn't do any aerobic activity but I did 150 sit ups and arm weights. :sunny:
 
The last weigh in I recored was on September 15. I stepped on the scale today. Since 9/15, I have gained 2.2 pounds (9/15-11/30). I've really slacked big timr on exercise and points. I'm quite surprised I've only gained 2.2 pounds (not that I'm happy about it but it could have been worse!).

I'm attempting, yet again, to get back on the right track.
 
I have been very lazy and not keeping track or points or even trying to stay within points for that matter. I'm ready to get back on track. I will be doing the January 5 lbs. challenge which will be a good way to get back into the swing of things.

Today I started exercise again with the 2 mile WATP and arm weights. I started with WW points yesterday.

I stepped on the scale this morning which wasn't pretty. I gained 7.7 pounds since 10/15 and 5 lbs of that was since November 30th :headache: :earseek: :earseek: but it's my own fault for being lazy.
 
Well, I'm back and hopefully for good! I did 100 sit ups today but no aerobic exercise. Points are going well so far and I've tried to keep zero points snacks on hand. Hopfully I can get back into the groove this time around.

I decided to go back to WW meetings b/c I obviously don't have the discipline to to this on my own any more. I know I'll be more apt to stick to the plan if I have to "answer" to someone each week and have someone else weigh me.

Wednesday will be my first time back at a meeting, I haven't attended one in a couple of years. I'm actually looking forward to it! :sunny:
 
Last night was my first night back on plan in a while and my first time back to a WW meeting in couple of years. I gained back 8.2lbs of the 32.6 I lost since I started back to WISH :guilty: but it's my own fault.

I'm actually excited about points and exercise, for now anyway and I will start up with WATP again today. :sunny:
