Thanks Tammy! I did the 3 mile WATP this afternoon and I think my body was in shock b/c it's been several weeks! I'm glad I did it though. I was going to skip it and start tomorrow but I knew I would just keep saying I'll start again tomorrow which would turn into I'll start next week. So, I did the WATP and points are going well. We're having a light dinner so points will be good for the day as long as I don't give into snacking tonight.
 
I did the 3 mile WATP and points were going well until after dinner. I had some brownie edges which put me over my point range. It's been difficult the past few days for me to stay within point range. I guess it's all the more reason to keep on exercising!
 
Way to go on doing your tapes again. It is easier to just go ahead and do it instead of saying tomorrow. I can really agree with that because unfortunately that is what I have done for the past two days. Keep up the great work and you'll really see the results of your hard work very soon.:D
 
Hi Cindy! :wave2: Just thought I'd pop in and say hello to a fellow WW'er! You are doing great with your WATP tapes! I just wondered if you count your activity points? It sounds like you are probably earning a couple of points per day from those.

Thanks for stopping by! I do count activity points for the WATP walks. I really like WW but the past few days (since I've tried to do them again since before the holidays) I just can't seem to stay in range. I follow the old range, not the new flexpoints program. I'm hoping there will still some kind of loss this week, no matter how small, due to exercise and trying to follow points. I hope that even though I've gone a little over, I've got to be doing better than when I didn't keep track. Points makes me so aware of what I'm eating. Do you count activity points?
 
I did the 3 mile WATP today. I also tried a pilates 10 minute program (which I bought back in October but haven't opened until today :rolleyes: )but that was hard! I think it's going to take a while to be able to do the moves properly. Points are ok so far today and snacks were carrots and cucumbers in place of chips.
 
I did the 3 mile WATP along with a bunch of crunches. My stomach is sore now but that's good! So far so good with points today but the past few nights I seem to have given in to the night time snack attack. Hopefully I'll have more will power tonight especially since weigh day is tomorrow :eek: :eek:.

I have been counting my activity points since I started back with exercise. I figure if there's some way I can squeeze another mouthful or two of food in, I'm gonna try it!! :teeth: It's been a real challenge to me to exercise regularly, though. I've been a confirmed couch potato all my life!

I did the 3 mile watp today in addition to some crunches. After 5 days of doing 3 mile watp, I gained one pound this week :eek:. But, I had a little trouble staying within range so it wasn't a suprise that I had a gain so I'm hoping next week will be better.
 
I did the 3 mile WATP today and I'm being very careful about points. I had a lower points breakfast than I normally do and lunch was low as well. I went back and looked at my journal from last week and realized I noticed that I drank a lot of pepsi which is a killer on points. I stocked up on crystal light so I can have that in place of tonic. Hopefully limiting or ommitting pepsi from my diet will help my weight loss.

**Points went really well today. I even had some left over to bank (I follow the old WW plan, not the flexpoints). I didn't starve myself and I even had snacks, but I was just more careful with my meal choices and avoiding Pepsi as well as chips with lunch.
 
I did the 2 mile WATP today. I usally do the 3 mile but didn't feel like doing exercise so I thought I'd shorten the workout today. I don't know why but the 2 mile seems to take more out of me than the 3 mile. Anyways, I'm glad I got off my butt today and changed the routine a little. Points are good today and I hope to keep it that way thru dinner.
 
I did the 3 mile WATP and some abs exercises. I did well with points , I actually had 2 left over. I've had left over points twice this week but I'm sure I went over on Saturday and slightly over on Tues. night at dinner.
 
I overcame my laziness and did some crunches and 3 mile WATP. Points, well they were ok. I started out great, but kind of snacked later in the day. Oh well.
 
Today is weigh day. I lost 1.6 which brings total loss to 26.6 (was hoping it would be higher but have had stalled weeks and some gains) and I have approx. 15 lbs. more to lose to reach my second 10% lost.

**Edited to add:
I did the 3 mile WATP and I'm track with points today. I'm nervous about points with the weekend coming up (Patriots party on Sunday) but I'm going to try to have some healthy alternatives to chips, etc.
 
hey cindy, looks like you've been doing great on workouts and points! i'm on ww too, and i actually just bought the 3 mile watp video tonight. planning on using it tomorrow if it's too cold to go out and do my normal run. how many aps do you count for that? i've heard a rule of thumb is 1 point per mile, but i wanted to check. anyway, thanks, and keep up the great work! :D
 
Hi Marcia! Thanks for stopping by. :D I count 3 activity points for the 3 mile WATP, doing the point per mile. Good luck with the watp. I like that series because because I feel like I get a good workout and it's not difficult to do like Pilates is (at least for me ;) ). Have a good day!
 
I was a bad girl this weekend b/c I didn't exercise Saturday, Sunday or Monday! :eek:
Anyways, I'm back and I just finished the 4 mile WATP and I'm being very careful with points today. Hopefully it will be a good week.
 
I did the 4 mile WATP today and points went well. I didn't exercise yesterday b/c I wasn't feeling well, getting congested and tight in the chest but I felt too lazy today to sit around. One more day to weigh day but not expecting great results due to TOM.
 
I did the 4 mile WATP today and had low point breakfast with low pt. lunch planned. We are going away for the weekend:hyper: which means eating out for the next 3 days. Anyway, I'm not too worried as long as I pick up my exercise routine as soon as I get home and maybe sneak in a couple of walks over the weekend.

Today was weigh day and I lost a whopping .6 lbs. Total loss to date is 27.2 lbs (love that digital scale, every little bit helps :D ). I have approx. 14 1/2 to go before I reach my 2nd 10% lost. I'm not sure yet what my ultimate goal is, I'm just taking mini goals right now. I think that makes the weight loss more attainable and possible, at least for me.
