Thanks Tammy! I did the 3 mile WATP this afternoon and I think my body was in shock b/c it's been several weeks! I'm glad I did it though. I was going to skip it and start tomorrow but I knew I would just keep saying I'll start again tomorrow which would turn into I'll start next week. So, I did the WATP and points are going well. We're having a light dinner so points will be good for the day as long as I don't give into snacking tonight.
Just thought I'd pop in and say hello to a fellow WW'er! You are doing great with your WATP tapes! I just wondered if you count your activity points? It sounds like you are probably earning a couple of points per day from those.
)but that was hard! I think it's going to take a while to be able to do the moves properly. Points are ok so far today and snacks were carrots and cucumbers in place of chips.
It's been a real challenge to me to exercise regularly, though. I've been a confirmed couch potato all my life!

which means eating out for the next 3 days. Anyway, I'm not too worried as long as I pick up my exercise routine as soon as I get home and maybe sneak in a couple of walks over the weekend.
