You're going to Love it!!! Even my DS & Dnephew (both almost 10 at the time) really loved it. In fact, for our trip next year, Cindy's is the #1 'Must-Do' choice for our entire group of 9. We had tried unsuccessfully for ressies for our 1st 2 trips to WDW. I discovered the DIS before our 3rd trip & we were successful getting ressies the first time. Isn't The DIS wonderful!!! We are soooo excited! We've always said how cool it would be to have Christmas breakfast in the castle, and lo and behold, we actually were able to snag a reservation for Christmas Day! In fact, we were on hold for roughly 35 minutes and thought for sure it was sold out, however, she said we had our pick of times and chose 8:15 for our party of 7. I think it will definitely make a lasting impression each Christmas hereafter to remember that one year when we ate in the castle.

I'm still out here... just finalizing plans. Things went a little crazy when I found a discount code and could get on site for close to my offsite price. My itinerary has changed since I can now take advantage of early entry. I will let you know ASAP about what CRT day I'll be cancelling. Talk with you soon.

407-wdw-dine, this is the number to use the 1 and 1 option. There is also 800-828-0228. There was a recording at first about the hurricane, which was taken off, but with Jeanne just coming through it may be back on. I would call both #'s today and check, that way you will know which will be quickest to get through. Maybe someone who called this morning could verify! Pixie dust for you tomorrow.

Our plans changed for 11/25,11/26 & 11/27,, we were orginally going to Daytona / Cocoa beach, Port St Lucie, but have changed to Treasure Ils ( st pete),,, there's not as much damage there and we aren't going to stay at my uncle's now, But will still be in WDW on 11/28-12/4,, maybe east coast after--- let's hope for good weather and some relief for everyone in Florida, Hope you have a great time,,, Thanks

I need to get something straight on the Cindy's ressies. I tried today, ON 2 PHONES, and still could not get through. I started calling at 6:55am and it said they are not open yet. I redialed and kepted going. Then the next message I got was to put my phone number in so I did on one phone and on the other I kept hitting the 1 button. I heard music, until my ears started to get hot!! I tried for almost 30 minutes without reaching anyone. I did get the lines are busier than normal please wait and I got the the people are helping others with their vacation plans.

I called the 407-wdw-dine number. Any other suggestions? I am trying for any time on the 27th of December. I will keep trying to day to see if anyone cancelled and then start again tomorrow.

Do a dry run and see how it goes. I was definitely unprepared when I called a month ago, but I was still able to snag CRT for 2 different days in Dec.!

I started calling at 6:55am and did not stop until I got through. If you can try as many phones as you can. I had 2 cell phones going at once. My DD was on one and when she heard a person actually taking she handed it to me. Dont stay on the phone too long with the music because you are not going to get through.

I was given some pixie dust for good luck and I am passing it on to you

I got a PS for CRT on 12-28 at 8:30 so it can happen!!!

Just found out my 4 year old niece is visiting us in December.
If anyone cancels the CRT PS for Dec 19, 20, 21, or 22nd, please pm me as my niece would LOVE to go to the already sold out breakfast at the castle (called twice already). Never have been in this predicament as my 8-year-old DD is a tomboy and could care less about the princesses - but my 4-year-old niece is in love with them all.

I would call everyday. People do cancel, especially those that have multiple ressies. When the figure out which day they are going on, they cancel. Also, call 48 hours before you want to go, that is the deadline to cancel without losing deposit. Pixie Dust.

I don't know what I'm doing differently, but I haven't had any trouble at all securing ressies for 8 of us Christmas WEEKChristmaa So far we have 4 reservations for different days (so there will be a couple cxl for someone out there ) My SIL was even on hold with the music til 7:10 and still got 'em. I'm not trying to gloat, I'm just really surprised - I thought NOBODY ever got these? Maybe people aren't calling b/c they don't think they have a hope? Anyway, we're just REALLY excited about this...I'm happy to share what I did if you want to hear it again...and I just have to get the tea party for tomorrow. Pixie dust to all of you, I hope you're as blessed as we have been!

Well, we both wanted to call to make sure we got CRT and PSB PS's, but we aren't sure of our final itinerary yet, so don't know which day we'll do each - and since they were available...amazing tho' IMO

Tried a dry run this morning, Sunday the real drill starts
but my promts seem different?

I called 407 939-3463 when I got through at 7:06 it said
"we are experiencing high call volume" - what should you do then? I hung up and tried again, this time I got through,
after it said "if you are calling to make a reservation" I hit 1.

Then it did the Victoria and Albert , I hit 1 again, but then it
said "If you are calling to make reservation for disney dinning
for the next seven days hit 1, if you are calling for an upcomming
trip hit 2" I thought you were supposed to hit 1 here but thats
not what I am hearing on the recorded, when I hit two , it asks
for you resort reservation # or home telephone #.


What am I doing wrong, I have been waiting for this week to make this reservation and now I seem to be doing it all wrong!

Please send me some advise, what am I doing wrong???

Hi wintermom!!

I don't think that you can get around the "high call volume" message. You just have to wait it out. Afterwards it starts immediately into the normal selections.

As for the 1 and 1. The first choice is the Victoria and Albert's question. You should hit 1. As for the second question...you are right; the choices are 1 if you are making PS for the next 7 days and 2 if you are making PS for a later trip. The reason that everyone hits 1 is that you avoid several other prompts that come with option 2. The operator has no idea which choice you made.
