Woo Hoo!! Great Job -- I also got the ressie I wanted - actually have two so we can pick the date we want!! I am soooo excited - can't wait to see my 5 yr old's face when we tell her she gets to eat brunch with the princesses!!!

Merry Christmas to me!!!! I got CRT for March 24th today. My youngest DD will be thrilled to celebrate her 3rd b'day with Cindy!

I got PS for Easter Sunday!! So excited to be taking my DD and nieces. They will be ecstatic! I did not even know it was Easter Sunday at the time ...only after I'd hung up! Should be a wonderful day!

This will be my first time going to have breakfast at the castle with Cinderella, and this will be a very special day because is my DD 1st B-day and i was hoping they will make it very special day, and after reading more than a few threads i'm loosing my excitement, can anyone tell me if this was a good choice, or should i should change my plans.

We've celebrated my DD's birthday there 3 times, most recently on Dec. 20. Here's what they did: Decorated the table with a paper streamer (curly) and Mickey confetti (Tip: Bring a small ziplock bag to save it in); Brought her a Birthday cupcake and sang Happy Birthday; Gave her a Birthday certificate and all the princesses signed it. She's 14 and that's the only place she wants to be on her birthday! In my opinion, the princesses and servers make you feel very special on your birthday.

Had breakfast with Cinderella and the princesses on Dec23. Reservation for 8:50 arrived ar 8:30 and sent right up. Got a table on the little balcony at the top of the stairs and had an excellent time. Our little 4 year old was spellbound every one of the princesses was charming, the food was hot and very good. It is true the little one didn`t really eat except for some fruit and a croissant but the experience was worth every penny.

Going Jan 29 - Feb 4 and called yesterday to order the MYW tickets and while I was on the phone, figured I might as well make a couple PS's while I was at it. We usually don't but since I was already on the phone..... Requested CRT for January 31, no go, but got PSB with my choice of times for Jan 30. Just a heads up in case anyone wants PSBs for that day.

Quick question, we are going the third week in April and I was wondering if there is any problem lowering the number in your ressie closer to the time? It is a definate must do for myself, DD4, and my mom, but the guys (DH, DD11, DD8 and step-dad) are another story and may change their minds closer to the time, I'd rather be safe than sorry. Thanks for the help, this thread is wonderful, wish me luck!

Yes. But things get tricky then. They may cancel your reservation because you don't have the people for that table but yiu can try that way and the deposit you put will not go back on your CC but will go towards the bill total amount. I would call and ask other wise the day of Cindy's when you get to the podiuom tell them the others are sick and couldn't make it.

Like everyone else who has a DD (aged 5) I put myself under the immense pressure of planning to secure a PS for CRT.

I read all the tips and waited for the first opening of my 90 day window.

As I live in the UK I thought that my chances were very slim but "A Daddy has to do what a Daddy has to do".

Allowing for time I waited with baited breath at 11.55am (7.00am US Time, not as bad as others granted). I began to hit the redial button from 11.58.

When I did get through bang on 12.00 (7.00am) I was greeted with the request to enter my phone number. This caught me off gaurd and when I entered the details I was informed that it was not recognised.......may be because it is an international number!!!!!!!!. The time now was 12.04 (7.04am) then I just kept hitting to hash/pound key until I was then asked "If this was your first trip to WDW press 1 AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I hit option 2 in the hope that I would not be asked anymore stupid time delaying questions. Time now...............12.06 (7.06am).

Then I was put on hold for another 5 min!!!!!!!! The hold music gets interrupted for the message that says "If you should hear this message it is likely that all PS for CRT have now gone" Time now was 12.11 (7.11am)

Just as I thought that my first chance had gone a CM came on line as was greeted by a grown man screaming aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh CRT 5 places 1 child............AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH March 27 2005 ANYTIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSEEE!!!!!!!!!!

And guess what................................I got the PS!!!!!!!

To say I am happy is an under statement so please don’t give up as there is no rhyme or reason to how the "System" works.

Exactly 90 day from the day you want to place a reservation.

I calculated 2 day into my holiday to allow for the travel and time to adjust to the time. Then I made my first call, so that if I was unsuccessful I had another 11 day to keep trying.

Yes but still no use.

As I said keep hitting the hash or POUND??? Key until you hear "Is this your first trip to WDW" you have the option to press 1 or 2. I pressed 2 but I have heard that it does not matter as you get put through to the next available CM.

My advice is nearer the time but BEFORE your first opening of your 90 day window to phone and have a practice that way you will be fully prepared when you REALLY want to book.
