Cindy's avail without park admission?

Hello, We're taking our 2 kids (8&3) to disneyworld in April 2003. We're only going to MK for one day. Do you have to get admission tickets to MK to go to Cindy's breakfast? We were thinking of doing MK Sunday and maybe Cindy's breakfast before we left Mon morning. Is that possible? Or do you have to pay the MK ticket price to get in to Cindy's?

Never been there before...does it show?

CRT requires park admission. All restaurants in the parks require admission. If you want a character meal without paying for park admission, you can go to one of the resorts. We thought Chef Mickey's was a great way to end our trip and went there the day we started driving home. There's also 1900 Park Fare at the GF, Cape May at BC, and O'Hana at the Poly.
