Has anyone done the Cinderella's Royal Table Dinner package? :wizard: I asked a CM about it + he explained it was $39/pp. You'll be greeted by the Fairy Godmother, and have a picture taken with Cinderella. Cinderella will make an appearance during dinner, but will not come to the tables for private pictures.

Does anyone know if this dinner is served family style... like LTT? This is news to me, and I can't find anything on the WDW site about it. What food will be served, etc. Perhaps the food is extra? At this point, I don't know.

I think this program just started, but then again, I don't know for sure. :confused3
Any information is appreciated.

Thanks!... and HAPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!! :hourglass

I was told by the ADR reservation desk that the dinner package is only starting Feb 1st. In that case, there might not be any info about the details of the menu available this early.

OHMIGOSH! Thanks for the heads-up! I was already planning on making an ADR at the Castle in early Oct. and now it will be even better! I better be diligent about that 180 day mark. Thanks so much for the info!

just an fyi from what i read on another site (allearsnet? mousesavers? i cannot remember, sorry!) but this new dinner will be two TS meals on the dining plan...

Yes it will now be 2 credits or 39.99 per person. It includes a photo package made from one pose of your group with Cinderella and a lithograph (unmatted and unframed) of the castle. There will be a fixed appetizer and dessert of which no one seems to know what, and a choice between prime rib, a seafood dish, a chicken dish, and a pasta dish. I was told Cinderella will be in the lobby to take a picture with each group, and the Fairy Godmother will appear at dinner to help celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. I am scheduled to be a guinea pig on Feb 1st.

Thanks for the information! I thought I heard the CM say this was a new package... I just made my reservations too quickly and didn't get all of the details :rotfl: Thank heavens for the boards!

We'll be joining the guinea pig group in March to celebrate our 10th anniversary! :Pinkbounc Have fun in February! And... thanks to all for the great information! :flower:

I just booked at Cindy's with the new menu. Not too sure how it will be. We have loved eating at Cindy's in the past for our traditional Easter Sunday dinner. I figured that I would book our reservation---KNOWING FULL WELL that my trusty friends on this board will let me know how everything is come February. Happy New Year!!

We've always loved the both the dinner + the lunch menu. Now the lunch menu is gone... sure hope the new dinner menu will be nice.

Sometimes I've just ordered a great selection of the appetizers for my meal, crab cakes, salad, etc. Looks like that is now a thing of the past!

Those of you going as the initial guinea pigs, please keep us posted. :wizard:

Thanks!

I am disappointed in the changes for Dinner. When we went there last August it was one credit, a full menu, Cindy was downstairs greeting people and we took pictures of the kids sitting with her on the throne. All in all a great experience. Now it's two credits, limited menu, they take the picture with Cindy and we get a lithograph of the castle. Am I missing something or did they just add in a picture with Cindy and a unframed and unmounted lithograph of the castle for an extra dinning credit? That and they get to reduce the menu as well.

Unfortunately it looks like we will not be doing dinner in the castle again. :-(

Ditto for us. I'm disappointed. I wanted the castle dining experience. I chose supper because it's not a character meal and only 1 ts credit.

Update: i just called and changed my ADR time and got the last one available for the week at 820 pm on Feb 5th. The CM read a new script for those making ressies after Feb 1st. Cinderella will be in the lobby for a photo which is included in the plan.****Then the CM read that the Fairy Godmother and "Friends" will be present at Dinner in the Dining room but will not be available for photos and visits at individual tables**** It said nothing about the menu though. Looks like the new price hasnt scared anyone away though.

Hi i just made my ressie for our april trip and the cm told me that the lunch package included a photo with cinderella and that the dinner included a photo but not with cinderella..........so i made the lunch ressie only because of the fact of cindy being in the pic! anyone else have issues with disney dining? i feel that i called several times and got a different story! Oh if cindy will take a pic at the dinner, I will call quick and try to change it to the dinner!

hey you will be there the same day as me! I was originally scheduled for 7pm for a birthday dinner but then I found out the biggest event of the year was on my birthday... The superbowl! i'll be there a bit earlier. Have fun!

Is Breakfast one or two TS on the dining plan? Will that be changing?
I am new to this so please bare with me...
Is "Once Upon a Time Breakfast with Cinderella" simply another "term" for Breakfast at CRT?
Just which characters are at the Breakfast? What type of photo ops do you have? Any and all info would be appreciated as I am having no luck logging on to disney.com.

Cinderella should be in the lobby for dinner according to the CM but part of the new script was " no specific characters are guaranteed and are subject to change". I have gotten many different answers before as well. I'll report back on the 9th as to how our dinner went.

jrjac- all meals in the castle are 2 credits. Yes, it's a fancy name for breakfast. For breakfast and lunch, Cinderella is in the lobby for the photo op, and other "princesses" come visit table to table. Usually there are 4 or 5 others- such as Snow, Aurora, Belle, Mary Poppins, Jasmine, or even Wendy.

Ok, now I know I am being a pain in the neck- sorry  yet what characters are at Breakfast?

I just made our reservations for this today. They said starting Feb 1st they will require full payment for this meal as well. Does anyone know what the lunch menu is??

That's what DisneyDreamer posted when they said the characters are subject to change. You can't count on any one character being there except for Cinderella. Normally it's Snow White, Aurora, Belle, and Mary Poppins but I wouldn't hold my breath for anyone becuase the characters can change at any time. I mean ANY time.
