Cinderella's Royal Table Desserts?

So my DBF, of all people, asked me if we could do Cindy's for dinner. He was looking at the menu, and thought it looked great, so I looked into it, and was impressed. We're shooting for free dining, so that's not a problem, but I had three questions. I apologize if these are somewhere and I couldn't find them, the search function was acting up again when I tried searching.

1- Do you get appetizers with your meal at Cindy's, since you're paying 2 TS credits?

2- How do you get the shoe? I looked at the menu on allears, but I didn't see any of the amazing desserts that I've seen pictures of, just a mousse, sobert, and chocolate cake. Did they stop offering it?

3- Is the photo included, or do you have to pay for it?

I don't know the answer to question number 1 - we did deluxe dining in 2008 - but would guess that you would not get appies at CRT on the basic plan as you do not at any at other 2 TS restaurants. OTOH, CRT is a special case since tip is included so I might be wrong.

2. Cinderella's slipper is not included as a dessert on the dining plan. It's approximately $15 more and you can order it through the cake hotline (they require 48 hours notice). The desserts listed are the only ones included (and they are not very good, unfortunately)

3. Photo with Cinderella is included.

CRT for lunch and dinner is a "fixed price" menu, so even basic DDP would allow for the appetizer there.

The slipper is a special add-on, you'd have to pre-order that ahead of time (for extra cost). I've heard the ordering system can be... um... inconsistent and frustrating, so bear that in mind.

Photos and gratuities are included for your 2 TS credits.

The slipper dessert is as delicious as it is beautiful. It is made of chocolate and filled with mousse. It sits on a bed of angelpood cake (as a pillow) and is surronded by a variety of beautiful and sweet berries. Our plate was just about licked clean. They also write your name or a message on the plate in chocolate. It was just under $15 and soooo worth it. I called about a month ahead of time and when we checked in I whispered about it and she whispered back it was all set. It was brought to my girls right after the wishing ceremony (we did it at breakfast) and my younger 2 girls were so surprised and I told them I had wished for something special for them.
