We have an 8:30 ADR for Cinderella's breakfast. Is there a separate line to get into MK before it opens? Do we have to bring our confirmation #? We have never done this before and are wondering how it goes. Thanks.

Yes, there is a separate line. We had an 8:00 a.m. ressie at the BBB. They let us in around 7:45ish. No one checked our confirmation # but I would have it with you just in case. Here is a pic of the designated line for early ressies!

Thanks so much ladybugmom!

No problem!! Glad I could help! Oh and they gave those of us entering early some confetti and we all counted down together and threw the confetti in the air. It was like they were doing a little ceremony just for us as we entered the park!! It was a nice touch since we would be missing the opening show!

Piggy backing on your question...

I just made two separate ressies for CRT talking to two different operations. One told me "tax and gratuity are included". The other one told me "tax is included, gratuity is not". Huh?! So, which is it?!

Sometimes they do check, but I have never had to show my conf. number. At least in the slower seasons, it sounds like not checking is the more common practice.

And Brenda, your advance payment covers the entire charge - unless this practice has changed very recently, you don't have to pay a dime on the day of your meal.

Enjoy.

Thanks Cigar -- that's what I thought. And at those prices, it all should be included. :) Just didn't want to walk out without tipping if I'm supposed to.

Last July our tip was included. I did tip our server "Lord Ken" because we had a special birthday cake at the castle. I tipped based on that price...he was very appreciative.

I'm very curious about this answer, too. (In fact, I just signed up so I could write this! I hope I'm not making an online oops by jumping in on someone else's question.) We have a 9:10 ADR for breakfast at CRT on a day the park opens at 9am. It was, not surprisingly, the ONLY reservation available for our entire stay. Will I be able to get into the park a few minutes early? I guess walking down Main Street while it is still relatively empty is pretty important to me.

has been part of our prepay every time. It cuts down on the checkout time so they can turn tables faster.

Okay, Im getting very worried here. We went to CRT back in October and I booked our ressie for four people (me, my dd, my best friend, and her dd). I gave my cc# to hold the ressie when I booked it. However, when we got there, neither of us used the ddp even though we were on it. We chose to pay OOP. She gave her credit card for her and her dd, adn I gave mine for me and my dd. They processed everything through and we left. AFter reading this, I am wondering if I paid twice!! Should I go back and pull my credit card statements from last Oct. and see if I got charged two times?? I know when they ran my bill through when we were actually there, the amt was correct for me and my daughter, so I know I wasn't charged for the four of us on that day, but maybe they also charged my credit card that I made the ressie with for the four of us?? Everyone here is saying that everything was covered..tip and all...and I know it wasn't that way for us...we added the tip at the rest. when we paid our bill that day. I know I am probably confusing everyone, but Im confused myself!

If you had the DDP they just take your card number and hold it. (Assuming you are going to use credits for your meal.) When you arrive you do have the choice of paying however you like. If you are not on the dinning plan than you are automatically charged right away.

And they also take your CC number up front if you are on the dining plan in case you are a no-show and don't cancel, so they can charge you.
