**Cinderella's Honeymoon**AKL**DxDDP**A Magical Time**

Hey
I just read your TR from the start and it sounds like you guys had an amazing time. DH and I are leaving in 4 days for our Disneymoon so I hope our trip is just as wonderful!

Caught up on your TR. So sorry to hear that you are not expecting a little surprise, but you two are so young and have lots of time!

I have never been to a water park, it sure sounds like fun! Looking forward to your next day!

Oh yes, plenty of time, we are young :thumbsup2 I get that response alot when people find out we want a family now :) We aren't crazy like most people think we are though....well.....we are a LITTLE crazy :rolleyes1 But I have a fertility disorder that will only worsen with time, so having a family soon is really important to us. We know that God will allow it when the time is right though :goodvibes

You MUST try a Disney waterpark - we had the best time!! We are doing Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, and Seaworld's "Aquatica" during our next trip!! (DH is a water bug :rotfl2: )

Phew! I didn't miss much! I was getting worried because I'd been away for a few days! Looking forward to hearing more! :)

Just wanted to let everyone know that we do not have a little surprise on the way.

Honeymoon installment to come later this evening!!

Sorry to hear that but you do have lots of time...you're young. I know what its like though to soo think that you are pregnant and are not. DH and I thought we concieved while on our Disney Trip in Sept...but in reality did not...not until the month we least expected it...we thought there was no way we could have gotten pregnant when we did...so it goes to show you that it happens when you least expect. Don;t worry...your time will come.

Congrats on your little miracle :cloud9: I know our time will come - we just have to be patient - but sometimes it is hard when you really do think it is there and it's not.... :rolleyes1 We both want a family, but sometimes I think hubby wants it more than I do, he will be such a great father when the time does come :goodvibes

I know the feeling. DF and I have been together since Sophomore year of high school and though our families probably want us to wait until after we're married next may, we're kinda trying at the moment for our own little surprise. The past few months, every time he found out we weren't he'd be kinda sad about it and a bit happy since that just means more us time for now, but this past month, he was very upset about it. He's one of those guys who's still a kid himself, and he cannot WAIT to have a little one to chase around the yard.

Subscribing..love your TR...great descriptions...and sounds like some great food and fun times!
Congratulations on your recent marriage. :bride:

Congrats on your upcoming wedding and on trying for a little miracle!!!!!! Your DF sounds like a great guy - very family oriented just like my DH - that's a great man :goodvibes

Welcome aboard and thanks so much!!

Ok, this has absolutely nothing to do with our honeymoon trip, but..............

Something awesome happened today and I have to share!! We are planning a March 2009 trip and DH has been ok with going, but not thrilled.... We are also hoping to start a family very soon as you all know. Well tonight, out of nowhere he tells me today that he wants to do Disney World in March 2009, Land/Sea in February 2010, and Land/Sea in November 2011!!!! He wants to do the 4 night Bahamian cruise and then 7 nights at WDW for the 2010 and 2011 trips.

:scared1: :scared1: Who are you and what have you done with my husband???:scared1: :scared1:

He says he just knows that I enjoy Disney so much and he wants to make me happy. He also said that if we get pregnant soon it will be great to go for the next three years because the little one will not be 3 yet and will be free (except on the sea part of land/sea). I can't believe it!!! I asked him if he was kidding because I'm obsessive and will start planning all of the trips NOW. He said, no he wasn't kidding, he really wants to go. The only slight downside is that after these three trips he wants to wait until our little one is at least 44 inches tall so that he/she can enjoy most of the rides Not a problem with me at all!! I am really super excited!!!

OK, I'm done... I just had to share :goodvibes

Ohhhh thats sOOO excited... sounds like someone else has a wonderful man too!!!!

Yeah, we've had money issues lately and was completely bummed about possibly having to cancel our trip. DF said thats what credit cards are for, and if it makes me as happy as I've been the last few weeks, then he'll get a second job to pay for it!!

Yay for all of us going to Disney!

:woohoo: :yay: :cool1:

I totally understand about money issues - hey we are newlyweds!!! But it always works out and we already have a pretty good chunk saved for our March 2009 trip!!! I can't wait to go on a Disney cruise!!! Neither one of us have ever been on a cruise before and we are so excited!!! I love my DH so much :goodvibes

I'm off to the DCL board when I SHOULD be update a certain TR....

I love how you keep putting off updating your trippie. Its so something I would do. Lol. I read about the water park and it sounded like fun! I always want to go, but we always jam pack our days and spend them all in the parks. Maybe some day I will get to a disney water park. :) I want to do a land and sea adventure. Only if the disney cruise goes well for our disneymoon in july. I only say if it goes well because I am really worried about going on a boat. I have no doubt that the disney aspect of things will be any less than what I dream it up to be. Because disney is that awesome! :thumbsup2 Boats and I have a bad history so thats my worry. I'll let ya know how it goes. Lol. I'm excited, but scared. On an upside...I am flying home this weekend to take care of a bunch of wedding stuff. Dress alterations, hair trial, planning session at my reception site. And meeting with the lady that is making jewelry for my bridesmaids. Df bought me pearls and pearl earrings last yr for presents at some point (i forget when) but that is what I am wearing with my dress. Can't wait for an update. Whenever it comes. :rotfl2:

So we leave the Lodge and head towards the Grand Floridian to our Wishes Cruise. A few months before our honeymoon I had gotten together with a couple other DISers and we had planned to share a Wishes cruise. We arrived at the Grand Floridian Marina, met up with my fellow DISers and checked in. We even received a beautiful wedding photo album from a fellow DISer which was really sweet :goodvibes We boarded the pontoon boat which had been decorated with balloons and a congrats banner. Our captain drove us around the lake - we saw things along the way like the wedding pavilion, the beach at the poly, ect.... We pulled into our place and waited for the fireworks to begin. We had snacks and sodas available also. As the fireworks began the music was piped into our boat which was a really nice touch!!!! After the fireworks concluded the Captain took us back and we headed off the boat. The Wishes cruise was a nice experience, but truthfully it just isn't something I would do again. It was kind of pricey and I felt "detached" from the magic of the fireworks. I really would rather be on main street up close and person with the action. It was a nice view and quite romantic since we had been married for such a short time, but it wasn't spectacular. All in all I'm glad we did it, but as I said, I don't believe we will do it again. We headed back to the Lodge for dinner at Jiko...which...unfortunately was worse than the Wishes cruise.....

Up next: The dinner we wish we would have skipped....

Oh no! A bad review of Jiko. I'm listening. We have an ADR for there.

Although you said it wasn't really special, the Wishes cruise sounds wonderful. Peaceful, intimate, romantic. Those DISers were really nice to bring you the album. Everyone here seems so sweet.
