You should have seen me when I got back into my pipe smoking after several years. I now have about 100 lbs. of tobacco and over 100 pipes. We won't even talk about the craft beer, whiskey, rum, mead and other bottles in several locations of both houses...
I wanna party with this guy!
To echo what PPs have said, Meridian is the best spot. I personally took my own sticks for the reasons mentioned when we sailed on the Fantasy in January. There were indeed cigar specific ash trays up there, and the variety of cigars onboard was pretty modest. However, I personally found that the good people of the Cayman Islands and Mexico, who have a much less hostile view of the Castro regime than we do, were more than happy to provide me with a wide variety of Cubanos. Not that you should spend American dollars on that. Because that would be wrong. I'm just saying ... it's possible.

Seriously, though- there are really great hand rolled cigar shops all over Central Florida, to include Sosa at Downtown Disney. You can walk up, watch the guy roll your stick and buy it on the spot. If you have time before you cruise, a side trip to Tampa would be a great idea. Tons of great cigar places there. I can specifically name a few if you're interested.
