Chunkymonkey and Chubbyhubby Stuff Themselves Silly! THE END..on to the next TR!

You did a lot of fun activities at Innoventions. Your frogs were cute! I really need to spend more time there, plus I keep forgetting about the Visa meet and greet, lol.

The green side of MS made me feel queasy when I went on it two years ago, so I can't even imagine what the orange side is like! :scared:

AW man, I totally forgot about those frogs! I really wanted to make one too. Yours is really cute.

I need to spend more time at Innoventions. Honestly, I was barely there. That's not right.

I have been looking forward to catching up on your TR all week!

I feel like such a dork for completely overlooking my beef and blue recommendation credit in your post! :headache: I must have been too distracted by those amazing food pics.... :lovestruc

Speaking of food pics, I LOVED your Ohana and Kona food updates! I am eating at both of those places for the first time in December and now I am even more excited to eat there!! :woohoo:

I just have to say this because I think it everytime I look at your pics. You are bee-yoo-tee-ful! The pictures of you and your DH on the rides look like something straight out of a Disney advertisement!

This is the second TR I've seen with the paper making activity! I have to try it in December!! That is the coolest souvenir!

Read all your posts in the past 2 days!

I've been sending links to your posts to my DFi and to my cousin and her boyfriend because you just capture so many things that I want them to see! For example, your 'Ohana pictures are just amazing! We have an ADR there for February even though we read mixed reviews about the food. Haha, I sent your post to them as reassurance!

Looking forward to reading more! Excited to see your opinion of Biergarten because that places sounds interesting to me. I'm also curious to know whether you bought those dresses!

Day 3 Part 2: When it rains, it pours, but I got a free souvenir!

So after we buy our ponchos, we head right into Innoventions West. But just before, we drop into Club Cool for some nice refreshing sodas. We tried everything but the Beverly as usual. I am not sure which one was my favorite this time but I did like the watermelon and the honey flavored sprite the best I think. :lovestruc

After that we headed into Innoventions. We went to wait for the Disney Visa card picture. The characters this time were Mickey, Minnie and Goofy.

This one was taken by the cast member with my point and shoot:

The characters all got a kick out of DH’s t-shirt. They totally kept pointing at it and thought it was really funny. Hahaha.

This one was taken by me as we were leaving

Coming up…we are finally hungry again, and just in time for Illuminations!

LOVE your TR!! Your pictures are amazing, I consider myself a decent photographer but your pics make me look like I've got a 110... Actually you are probably too young to remember those!! LOL

I've been trying to get my daughters to remember Club Cool, I absolutely love that place!! It is on my must do list... Even though the igloo is gone, (sure- now that I don't have kids in strollers anymore...) That was a trick getting the stroller through the ice!!

We are going to do a lot of the things you did, we are eating at Sci-Fi when we get there.. I love that place! We do "homework" to get ready for our trip! We watch all the movies that have to do with Disneyworld, now I have added Attack of the 50 ft woman and another I got from your pics to the Netflix queue!!

I've read a lot of TR's lately and yours is definitely in the top 3 if not the top most bestest one of all!! Most enjoyable!! Great job!!

:thumbsup2

Yet another round of great pictures. They make me feel like I'm there. Cannot wait to see your World Showcase and Illuminations pictures.

Subbing! My friend and I are looking at Labor Day of next year, so it's nice to see that the crowds are low!

Great pictures, as usual! I wanted to take more pictures on the rides, but never remembered to do it! Maybe I can take a few stills from the videos we took.

I have never been to innoventions or club cool! I am definitely putting it on my list for the next trip! I hope I can trick my family into trying the Beverly! I really want to try the paper and the frog booths as well. Both look like fun!

I am LOVING, LOVING, LOVING your TR! :yay: Your photos are awesome. Photography is my hobby so admiring your pics has been so much fun and I really enjoy your writing style (which is a lot like mine...easy to read, with lots of personality and pics ;))! Glad you had such a wonderful time, and I can't wait to read about the rest of your trip! It's getting me totally psyched for ours in 2 weeks! Thanks for sharing!!!

We couldn't have been since BF and I sat together both times. And with never going on it before he made me sit in the front row!

I can't believe we were on the same ride about the same time!

Ha ha, we must have passed each other like 10 times throughout our trip without even realizing it's us.

Great update! Innoventions looks like fun! Do you know I've never been in there? I'll have to check it out on this trip! Making paper looks so cool, I didn't know you could do that there! :thumbsup2

Love the Test Track pictures! :) I wanted to take pictures while we were on rides last year, but I was too afraid I'd drop my camera, because I didn't have the wrist strap! Definitely bringing that in November!

Eeek! You've never been to innoventions? It's the most fun part because it's so interactive. They did a lot of cool stuff to Innoventions East this year and we had a great time doing all the activities.
Yes, the wrist strap is a must on all the fast rides :cutie:

subbing, now to go back and read, looks great !!
Thank you and welcome!!!

Innoventions is so much fun! Yes the MS ride is not all it's cut out to be. I could take it or leave it actually, even the green side.

AW man, I totally forgot about those frogs! I really wanted to make one too. Yours is really cute.

I need to spend more time at Innoventions. Honestly, I was barely there. That's not right.
I would totally think you and your BF would spend lots of time at Innoventions! It's so much fun and very interactive. Perfect for the inner geek in us!

I have been looking forward to catching up on your TR all week!

Hi Joni! YAY! You saw my comment! It's ok, I can't imagine trying to keep up with everyones TR as well. I must admit, I am falling behind with everyone elses. Thank you and you are much too kind. I only post the nice pics I take of us. hehe. You haven't seen the outtakes. The paper making activity is sooo cool. I love having a souvenir you make and take home.

Hi RachelNinja! Thanks and welcome! I'm so glad you like the pics of 'Ohana. I think it's definitely the experience rather than the food that made it special. Although we enjoyed the food too. But you should definitely set your expectations prior to going, like we weren't expecting anything that resembled authentic chinese food, or authentic luau food. Just think of it as...americanized polynesian food with pan-asian flavors...then I think you'll be ok :cutie:

We love biergarten! It's alot of food too, but you have to like a lot of...meat. You'll see in my upcoming post if I bought the dresses :)

I have to go catch up on your PTR and TRs soon. I know I have read a few of your posts before and really enjoyed them!

Thank you so much!! And there is nothing wrong with the Kodak 110. In fact, in my professional work, I spend a lot of time trying to get the right "vintage" look for my shots - especially 70's style coloring. LOL.
I totally remember when Club Cool was a big Igloo. It was actually a lot of fun to go through the ice when it was so hot out!
Thank you so much for thinking my TR is in your top 3! I am so flattered. I just try to share what my experiences are and hope everyone has a good time :wizard:

Yet another round of great pictures. They make me feel like I'm there. Cannot wait to see your World Showcase and Illuminations pictures.

Thank you Tina! I will be sure to update soon.

Subbing! My friend and I are looking at Labor Day of next year, so it's nice to see that the crowds are low!

Thank you! Yes, despite the heat, it was a great time to go!

Having a great time reading your TR! Amazing photos! :)

Thank you and welcome!!!

Wow you have never been to innoventions or club cool?? They are so much fun and totally a huge part of our experience at Epcot. I hope the frogs and paper stick around for a while. I know they change things around all the time.

I am LOVING, LOVING, LOVING your TR! :yay: Your photos are awesome. Thank you and welcome!!! Wow you are going in 2 weeks! Have a fantastic time. Hope you decide to write a TR too! :cutie:

Apparently you cannot get an FP with a card that has not been swiped at the park entrance.

Ah, interesting to know!

Here is our breakfast!!! I was sooo super excited to eat my first bite of Tonga Toast!! It was soooo good. It was everything I thought it would be. Delicious moist thick sourdough bread stuffed with bananas, fried and topped with more sugar….yum.

Oh man... this makes me want Tonga Toast even more!!!! The Boyfriend isn't a big fan of breakfast food in general and doesn't like going out to breakfast... so it is going to take lots of convincing to get him to go to Kona with me for breakfast! Do you know if they serve beer during breakfast?? He loves the Kona Fire Rock beer they have... if he could get some with breakfast he might agree to go! (We're both big fans of the Kona Brewing Company beers! My favorite is the Wailua Wheat Ale which they don't have at the Poly!!!! So sad! It's passion fruit flavored beer and it's sooo good! I love passion fruit!)

The Beverly is my favorite! It's so good! I could drink that stuff all day! I wish I could buy it somewhere! I think something might be wrong with my tastebuds because I love Beverly, but don't like Dole Whips at all!

I think I was the only adult on line.

Haha, I was the only adult in line to ride the water slide at the pool!

And here is the flip side. Told you I wasn’t a very good artist. But either way, I get a free souvenir!

Aww! I think it's adorable!!!

I was soooo fulll from the Tonga Toast I did not eat anything else all day. I really was stuffed. It was nuts!

Note to self: Don't make lunch plans after eating Tonga Toast!

Before Test track we decided to do Mission Space, the green side.

I've never done the green side... what's it like?

I've really been enjoying your trip report! Awesome pictures!!! Can't wait to see more!

For some reason, I wasn't getting emails when you posted. Just wanted you to know that I'm still here, am all caught up again and still lovin' all your pics.

Here we go with the tonga toast again.... 4 more days!!!!!! UGHHHHH I can't wait!

Absolutely LOVE your trip report with all the beautful PICS!! We do not leave until NOV 4, so this is helping with the blahs till then!!!! TY:flower3:

Sorry for the lack of updates, but I was away with my best friend's family for the weekend at her country house to celebrate her birthday! Now I'm back and ready to delve into the next part of my TR. Tonight I will post the conclusion of our day in Epcot!

Ah, interesting to know!

OMG awesome! We are actually going to Kona Brewing Co. during our trip to the Big Island in November. We'll definitely check out he beers you mentioned. I LOVE passion fruit too so the Wailua Wheat Ale sounds just up my alley! I don't know if they serve beer during breakfast, but hey, I think Disney can make anything happen right? I mean, technically you can get mimosas and bloody marys which have alcohol so I dont' think a beer would be any different.

The Beverly is my favorite! It's so good! I could drink that stuff all day! I wish I could buy it somewhere! I think something might be wrong with my tastebuds because I love Beverly, but don't like Dole Whips at all!

That is too funny! I guess there will be plenty of Beverly left for you, and more dole whip for us! LOL

Haha, I was the only adult in line to ride the water slide at the pool!

Haha, yes there was only kids on the waterslide from what I saw!

Aww! I think it's adorable!!!

aww thanks!

Note to self: Don't make lunch plans after eating Tonga Toast!

Yup, my goodness I coudlnt' believe how I was so full all day from just a huge plate of carbs...

I've never done the green side... what's it like?

It's still makes me dizzy but it doesn't make you sick. It still has the centrifulgal force but the actual compartment doesn't spin upside down so it's moderately better. LOL

I've really been enjoying your trip report! Awesome pictures!!! Can't wait to see more!

Thank you and welcome!!

For some reason, I wasn't getting emails when you posted. Just wanted you to know that I'm still here, am all caught up again and still lovin' all your pics.

Thanks!!! Good to see you again! Yeah sometimes I forget to subscribe to threads too and I'm wondering why I dont' see any updates lol. :rotfl:

I love your TR. I can't wait to hear about shopping.:surfweb:

Thank you! There are a few shopping trips coming up...promise!

Here we go with the tonga toast again.... 4 more days!!!!!! UGHHHHH I can't wait!

Aww, have a fantastic time! Please post pics of uneaten Tonga Toast for us to drool over.

Absolutely LOVE your trip report with all the beautful PICS!! We do not leave until NOV 4, so this is helping with the blahs till then!!!! TY:flower3:

Thank you! Hopefully you will learn a lot more dos and don'ts for your trip! Have a great time planning!

Haha, I like that perspective. I'm absolutely fine with it not being anything like authentic Chinese. If it were, I wouldn't want to eat it, haha. And I've never had luau food before, so I don't expect anything from that end! PERFECT!
