We went to Magic Kingdom December 26. Arrived at 8 am, and were able to ride all the biggies with no waits. Did Space, Buzz, Peter Pan, HM, Splash, BTMR, Jungle Cruise and Pirates by 11:30, with no rushing or running. Ate an early lunch at Pecos Bills, then went back to Splash and rode again with no wait. Walked over to Philharmagic and waited maybe 15 minutes. Watched the tail end of the Christmas Parade and then left the park around one.

Yesterday we went to MGM for a couple hours in the morning. It was a little more crowded. Our longest wait was at night when we went back to MGM. We waited 30 minutes for the Great Movie Ride. We used FPs from the morning to ride TofT when we returned for dinner. At that time (around 6?) the wait was posted at 80 minutes, RnR was 65 I think. We had a GREAT experience at 50s Prime Time, our waitress was Wendy and she was so much fun, really gave my daughter's boyfriend a hard time, it was hysterical!

Overall, going early is working great, and the crowds are not as bad as last year (or maybe I am hitting the right parks!).
We are heading to Epcot for a few hours this morning.
I will try to post more later

We also were at MK during the morning of the 26th and experienced much the same. We found the trick beginning Christmas day and after was to be up early, rest during the afternoon, and stay up late. Crowds were pretty much non-existant early and late.
