Christmas song on ER, anyone know it?

I should have posted this last week, but I was wondering if anyone knows what the Christmas song was they were playing during ER last week. It was when they were bringing that homeless woman home to her parents etc. It was a woman, with lyrics like "coming on Christmas" or something like that.

I didn't see the episode yet, but from the line you mention it sounds like the song River. Joni Mitchell has sung it. So have the Indigo Girls. Robert Downey Jr sung it on Ally McBeal. Sarah Mclachlan sung it recently too.
