Christmas & My Happy Place Equals Perfection. - A Dec 2011 PTR

Just a mini update. Yesterday epcot was a zoo. We did no rides but the kids were able to do 4 Kim possible missions and we enjoyed adult beverages.

This morning we made it to Magic kingdom by 7:05 so just passed rope drop it was deserted. We walked on to buzz the while everyone else rode Buzz 2 more times J and I went on the people mover.

Everyone but J and I went on the speedway. While we wnt on the teacups.

We then went on Pooh and It's a small world. These were all walk ons.

We walked on the Haunted Mansion and Btr had a 10 minute wait, it was a bit too cold for splash. We then headed over to Pirates and were at Crystal Palace by 10:10 for our 10:20 ADR.

We had Js haircut ( I was happy I made an appointment) and we headed back to the room as wew were leaving it was getting really crowded.

Jealous!!! Especially of the adult beverages in Epcot! And all the walking on to rides in MK!!!

I've been thinking of you. It's so much fun to imagine someone's REALLY at Disney World, and you've already been on my favorite ride -- Small World. Hope it warms up for another of my top ten's, Splash Mountain.

I had to call disney today for my ADRs and she said it was in the 80s yesterday

I am going to start by saying I actually did not take that many pictures. It was the most crowded I have ever seen it but a good touring plan allows you to do what you want to.

We arrived at BLT at around 12:30 and our room was ready so we went over and checked out our room and called Bell Services for our Owners Locker and Garden Grocer order.

We had to wait until the 26th to pick up our boxes I had shipped from the Business Center.

We headed over to Epcot and took in the atmosphere and picked up a Fast Pass for Kim Possible. the kids were able to do 4 missions that day which I was surprised at since it was so crowded.

I just got off the phone with a DVC salesperson. I got the offer in the mail for a $40 Disney gift card (first saw it mentioned on the Budget board) if you listen to a phone solicitation. The guy was VERY low key. I don't think I was on the phone even 10 minutes. Sure beats the four pack of fastpasses we were offered in the park one time!!!

Here's my question for you. Do you know how hard it would be to sell the points at some time? I don't see me going to Disney when I'm in my 90s so I'm a little tentative about a 40 year "deal." My other concern is that if I die (the odds are good) I know my sons would inherit it, but I don't know if they'd want a "gift" that costs them $500 a year. Bottom line, what's the word on the street about how hard it is to unlaod when you're "done" with it?
