Christmas Magic & Freezing Temps! Dec 10 TR (Upd 6/26, the last night!)

We went to MGM- I mean HS after naptime on this day. I was really having a hard time with this park, because, well... I LOVE Tower of Terror. And being pregnant means NO TOT! Sigh. I also knew this park wouldn't have much for Cortlyn, so we didn't want to spend the whole day there.

When we got there, we were hungry. So we decided to go to the ABC Commissary. Cortlyn and I shared the fish and chips- VERY good!

I'm wondering if Corey didn't eat then... hmm... I have no picture of his food.

We walked over to the Playhouse Disney area, and I thought for SURE Cortlyn would be excited to see these characters. Guess again.

Then we decided to go over to watch the Little Mermaid show. Very cute and well done show!
While we were waiting...

At some point, Corey went with Shelley and Brian to go ride MY ride! There is a space of time that I seriously cannot remember. I mean, I remember that when Corey went to TOT, it was daylight... So, I'm thinking that we had just found Nita and Michael and walked towards the Osborn Lights. But I don't remember anything special about this time. I guess we just slowly walked that way?

I'm lucky that Corey is finished with school, so he is home to help a lot! Plus, I have learned the art of one hand typing! I can hold Catie & nurse her and copy the pictures over with my other hand.

I realized that I am missing pictures in my Photobucket from the trip, so I'm working on uploading those so I can finish this trip report up! I cannot believe its almost done. I'm gonna go through a depression! Pray my husband finds a job soon so I can start planning our next trip!

It shouldn't be!!! Everyone said that these were very unusually cold days for Orlando in Dec. I believe it set records. Everyone was caught off guard. I just happened to get some hats and gloves thinking Cortlyn and I would be cold while sitting waiting for fireworks, I never dreamt we'd be wearing them during the day!

Ahh... Now, after fighting with my internet connection and Photobucket all day... BUT I found a lot of missing photos! haha!

This CM was super fun... he started playing with the girls and pretending to conduct the lights and music. I let him know that Corey was in school getting his doctorate in conducting and turns out, he was a musician and was there on the college program.

Sigh, the Lights I loved, loved, loved these! I just wish it hadn't been so cold so we could have enjoyed them more. Brian and I went to do the Great Movie Ride after this mainly just to escape the wind! Fun times though!

Jennifer had told me how much I would like the lights and she was definitely right. My house would so look like this at Christmas if 1) it didn't take so much effort to put up and 2) I actually lived in a house!

Last day... WHAA!!! Its like I'm reliving the depression of leaving!

Okay... so last day... was Animal Kingdom!

And we had an early breakfast at

OMG, it was FREEZING! They gave us all free hot chocolate... (I'm not angry or about to hit her... I'm not sure what the face was about!)

It seemed like EVERYONE was there that morning, so it took a while for us to be seated. In fact the park opened while we were waiting so.... Corey ran and got these:

Which I think is just one of the wonderful perks about early morning ressies in the parks!

The chef at Tusker House was amazing! He came out and talked to me about my pork issue and walked around the (HUGE) buffet and told me what was safe for me, which was quite a bit of food! Everything was so tasty and different. He made me some AMAZING turkey bacon. OMG. I have never tasted anything so good! I don't think I shared more than a small bite with Corey! I wish I had more pictures of the food or the names of things.

Seriously Tusker House is amazing! My husband said that we have to eat there the next trip... whenever that is!

Breakfast in Disney is very overlooked I think! Most people want dinners and settle for breakfasts, but I think the breakfasts are the BEST!
