We have a dining reservation for Narcoossee's at 5:30 pm on Christmas Eve. Would we still be able to dine and enter Magic Kingdom afterwards to see the Christmas parade due to the crowds? What time do they usually have the parade. First trip to the world on Christmas! Thanks!

The Christmas Parade usually takes the place of the afternoon parade around Christmas.

Yep. According to easywdw, the Christmas parade will run on Christmas Eve at 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm, and then MSEP will run at 10:15 pm and 12:15 am.
