Any recommendations? We will be arriving to WDW for my dd Make a Wish trip on 12/24/11. Would love suggestion on what to book for these 2 special evening meals 12/24 & 12/25...
Thanks

MK will probably be a madhouse on both of these days, but if you can get the ADR's and the park doesn't reach maximum capacity by the time you get there, CRT and LTT are great. :)

If not, California Grill at the CR would be great, and Ohana at the Poly would be a lot of fun as well.

Have a magical time! :wizard:

Definitely 1900 Park Fare! It's in the GF, so you will be able to escape the mobs of the parks. & they have wonderful character interactions with Cinderella, Prince Charming, Wicked Stepsisters, & Lady Tremaine.

Another really great thing to do, if your family is up for it, is to book a Candlight Processional dinner & show. You can read more about it here:

Have a great trip!!:goodvibes

I agree you should do CRT and Crystal Palace and stay at MK for the day. I would not recommend you leave the park as you may not get back in. If possible book the Dessert Party. We did this on Christmas Eve and the girls had a great view of the fireworks in a uncrowded area...

Not to be repetitive, but it can't be over-stated enough, any (all) of the Parks will be "jammed" on those days, and it's a real possibility that if you leave one (any) of the Parks, that you might not get back in.... With that being said, CRT and LTT would be great, but if you are looking for more of a "relaxing meal" setting, I would say "1900 Park Fare", possible Narcoossee's... certainly NOT "Chef Mickey's" (great food and super-fun, but certainly not relaxing) and even "The Crystal Palace" inside MK, but again, kinda' loud and very "busy". This is all assuming that you are in the MK area, if you are near EPCOT, "Coral Reef" could be very nice, and most of the "Country Restaurants" are good, but you also have "Cape May Cafe'" at The Beach Club. the restaurants on "The Boardwalk" and even restaurants at DHS, of which "50's Prime-Time" or "The Brown Derby" are great choices. IMHO, bottom-line, if you are looking for a wonderful, sit-down, relaxing dinner for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, I would have to go with "The California Grill" on Christmas Eve, and "1900 Park Fare" on Christmas Day. Good luck and enjoy ! :wizard:

One surprise we had for Christmas Eve dinner at Akershus was that Belle was in her wine coloured holiday gown rather than her gold gown. I thought that was pretty special. The menu was the same as always (which we love) so in no way traditional Christmas food, but something about Belle in her Christmas dress seemed so special to me.
