Is it really true that the day after Halloween Christmas decorations start? If anyone is there right now maybe they could answer this question? 2 weeks we will be staying at GF🎄 🎄 🎄 🎄

I noticed the entire lobby central floor area completely cleared and ready for the Gingerbread house construction to begin probably today.
Also busses during middle of night stuck in long line as the big Xmas trees were being delivered to unknown locations .
Yes I know a bus driver kinda. Haha
Treat them nice and treat every castmember nice for the upcoming holidays. They have all been working mandatory 6 day schedules frequently. Be very very kind .
Happy Thanksgiving Turkey time soon wishes for everybody!

I think I saw reports of some Christmas decorations going up this weekend :rotfl2:

Wondering when the Thanksgiving decorations go up. :rolleyes1

Overnight Main Street was transformed from Halloween to Christmas!!!

It's not complete but the transformation has begun!!!

They kind of have to. Christmas parties start in around a week.

Since it's been Halloween since August, must be time to finally move on to Christmas! It is always magical when they transform to the Christmas/winter holiday theming. Looking forward to it next month ourselves!

In my house, Christmas decorations go up the day after Thanksgiving.

Halloween decorations come down tomorrow probably. Generic Fall wreaths and maybe my cornucopia get put out for the next few weeks.

But we're heading to Universal in about a week and I know Christmas will be out in full force, we have a reservation for a Grinch breakfast the day "Christmas" starts there.

Also, I was at a local theme park this weekend (Kings Dominion in VA), we were there for Halloween events, but the ice rink and main Christmas tree were already up. They don't start their Christmas events until Thanksgiving weekend though. This stuff takes time to construct.

We were at MK Nov. 3, 2022 and Nov. 11, 2022. On Nov. 3, the giant MK Christmas tree was up, garlands were strung along the fronts of Main St. buildings, and window displays in the Main St. shops included Christmas merch. Christmas music was playing and it was quite festive. On our later visit (Nov. 11), we noticed that it was even more beautiful, more lushly decorated both on Main St. and in the shops. We even spotted some Christmas decor beyond Main St. We thought Jingle Cruise was cute too. We were very impressed with how festive and cheerful it all felt!

Are the Christmas decorations still up around the resorts?
Yes. We just left today. Still up at our resort this morning and everything was still up at MK yesterday. Although on the jungle cruise she said it was the last day of Jingle Cruise (that was yesterday).

I am excited. Sad to hear about Jingle Cruise, but my family has never been during Christmas there so we wanted them to see the decor
