We're decorating inside only since we will be away most of the time! We just had my brother tear down a wall between our very small family room and the small formal living room resulting in a new "great room" which isn't really redecorated yet but I did put the tree up last Sunday.

The old wall was right about where the end table on the near left is now running to the right. We lived with this for 25 years so we are in house-heaven now!

And the tree is covered with Disney ornaments!

Here are a few I took at one of our local Zoo's. Each year they set up "ZooLights". This is the first year that we went. Fun time.

Love the zoo pictures and the Disney ornaments on the tree. Keeps us close to Mickey when reminders are hanging on the tree! More decoration pictures to come but wanted to share this photo from the other evening when I got to spend some time with "Scrooge"....

WOW!!! That's a lot of decoration.

I can't even comprehend. I can't imagine how long it takes to decorate and how much storage space it needs when everything has taken down.

And I thought putting up our tree was a chore.

Started slowly in mid-October and yes, the storage space IS a problem! Thank goodness DD's have moved to their own homes! We LOVE Christmas and seeing the faces of the little kids that drive by our house and yell out the window, "I LIKE your house" makes it ALL worthwhile! DGD's are so proud of Mimi/Pappy's house!

That's impressive! Back in the day, our block was known as "the" place to see decorated homes. Unfortunately, the neighborhood has changed and people move on. Now, we have just basic decorations. Oh well, but congratulations on winning second place. I can't imagine what the winner looks like!
