Christmas Day at MK

We are going to MK on Christimas day for the first time and we know we will have to get there as early as possible since last year we noticed that the backup from the parking entrance gate extended all the way back past Epcot and we had to alter our plans since we did not expect this situation. We both are scooter dependent and would like to hear abour your past experiences and get advice on what we will be able to do that day. Since we have late afternoon priority seating for LTT, we will have a make the best of it and hope for the best.

It will be more crowded than you can even imagine. Just picture wall to wall people--you literally cannot move without brushing against someone. I made my 14 yo and my DH hold my hands so we wouldn't be separated.
