Christmas, 2010 at UO

We are thinking of going to UO for Christmas and wondered how the crowds have changed since we were there 8 years ago the week after Christmas? We stayed on-site and never had any problems riding the rides. Have the crowds grown significantly over the years? Help please!!!!!

We spent Christmas at Universal this year. We stayed on-site and came in on the 22nd and checked out on the 30th. Crowds were just fine until the day after Christmas, then it was packed! But we were still OK due to being on-site. Each day crowds grew the closer to New Years we got.

This coming year with Harry Potter - who knows, but I know it won't be better! Being on-site tends to make everything OK. I'm sure you will have a great time. We're contemplating doing it again too.

We are looking at doing your same week this year. Do you know if there were any special Christmas Dinners at any of the on site resorts?

We arrive on New Years Day - we want to go into the parks just to see the last of the Christmas stuff, but are the parks notoriously busy on NYD or is it quite quiet after the excitement and crowds of NYE???
