We are having a memorial candle and I told Rose that it was very important to me that since they are not here and 3 of Geancarlo's grandparents wont be with us, we would like to put a white rose on the pew to signify that THAT IS THERE SPOT FOR THE WEDDING.... I think that will be very nice....

That's going to be beautiful.

Awwww..it sounds like you had an amazing time at your PS!!! Isn't it just lovely in Francks??? I think I made it through the PS only crying about 3 times. LoL

Just getting caught up on your TR and PS. I am so happy that you get to have your disney dream wedding!!! I was getting a little emotional as I was reading your experience at Francks. I love the BM dresses!! Very pretty!! My colors are going to be chocolate and pink as well. Anyways, I am glued to my computer, anxiously awaiting more. May 9, 2008​

So after we choose flowers, and centerpieces, now its time to try the cake

This is what I was looking forward too, it was 12pm now and I only had 2 cups of coffee so I was getting hungry...

We called Alexis to see if she would like to meet us but she was pool hopping from GF pool to Y&BC club- so she wasnt able to meet us..
Now my mom and I dont like chocolate cake, but Geancarlo and my dad do..

My mom didnt like the marble with raspberry cake

Dad goes for a next mix and match

I can tell they were having a fun time...lol....

Geancarlo got me in the middle of trying Almond cake with Amaretto filling

LOL Geancarlo helped my dad...lol

this is what the board looked like after we tore it apart

so after Mix and matching the cake with the filling we finally came to a decision

and Top Layer (which is our cake to freeze for a year)

is Yellow cake with Amaretto filling

Geancarlo and I had to come to a decision b/c I loved almond and amaretto and he loved the yellow and baileys.. so we met in the middle

After the cake was decided on.. Michelle tells us that we have a 2 hour break until the food session.... I was so sad that my planning session was half over it was all moving too fast... So we said thank you to all the ladies who helped us and we decided to head over to the WP, dad and mom havent been inside so I was so excited to show them

Oh before I continue I am considering this for my bridal shower as my cake

AS we walk over the bridge I am getting so excited, i drift off into a day dream of me walking over this bridge with my dad helping me with my gown and getting all excited to see my future Husband to be... then I woke to my mom saying "OH this is GORGEOUS, I love it here, the family is going to go crazy taking pics."

My mom and dad couldnt believe how GORGEOUS it was inside, there was a lady vacuuming b/c there was a wedding that day at around 5pm, so the lady was from PR so of course since my mom is from PR she starts talking to the lady and she tells her that Geancarlo and I are getting married here in October... Puerto Rican people are so friendly and my mom is definitely friendly she talks to anyone and everyone... The lady congratulated us and wished us the best...

My parents were floored by the picturesque window of cinderella's castle.. My mom didnt want to leave and just sit there.. and my dad was complaning b/c he was hungry... so my mom had to make a quick stop into the brides vestibule to see where I will be in hiding...LOL

after 15 minutes of looking and rushing from my dads part we decided to eat something b.c. we couldnt wait another 2 hours... So we head over to the GF and what do we see when we enter

OUR NAMES were on the daily events board

I was sooo excited, I couldnt even contain myself... I was thinking "oh look were famous"

So now we walk to Gasparilla's Grill - A favorite Counter service restaurant of mine, and we are all deciding on what to eat

Mom asked for a salad

and dad a hotdog

and we got these small bottles of appletini and a cosmo... so good

Geancarlo and I split a burger-they I was HUNGRY I could have eaten the whole plate, but I had to tame myself- when I go to Disney I MUST have a cheeseburger- they are just too good to be true

lol he feels much better now- wouldnt you say.. If he doesnt eat he gets very cranky....

You are writing such a great report......I feel like parts of my wedding are being relived! You are making my wheels turn....should we have a 5 year Disney vow renewal next year?

Great cake choices!

Out top tier went back home with my Mom to NJ.....I was so worried about how it would hold up and would it really be edible in a year! It was delicious and we had it with a bottle of our favorite champagne not a crumb left. There is nothing like a Disney wedding cake!
