Hey there, Sarah Sunshine. Hope all is well with you. Fine here, just getting the kids clean... could take a lot of soap and water for that!
Busy week, then some time to relax after they are out of school. Luckily I only work till noon, so the summer isn't too bad for us. Otto is home with them so they don't have to come with me. There are definetly some benefits to his working nights.

well vbs day one is over, dw is so exhausted and she decided that she needs to be there earlier tomorrow, but we are doing the lava lava island and have a fire spouting volcano on stage in the auditorium. children's pastor slid down a cable from the back of the auditorium to the stage over the volcano, indiana jones style, and the kids went wild. all in all a successful kickoff, will let ya'll know numbers when i find them out, but dw said that on sunday we had over 1200 kids registered, which was more than last year.

prayers for tomorrow are appreciated as we are supposed to have rain in the morning and worse weather as the day progresses, and it will be a challenge for rec rotation for that many kids not being able to go outside, and everywhere else is spoken for with actiivities. but i know that the lord is good and he will get us through.

it was a glorious day today, and i know that many lives are in the balance. praise god, from whom all blessings flow, ( imagine the doxology accompanied by bob hartman abd the boys, i've heard it live, awesome).
