I know this isn't a song but it's a nice "snow covered" treat you can make to munch on!

Puppy Chow (for humans!)

1 lb. White Chocolate melting wafers
3 cups Corn Chex
3 cups Rice Chex
3 cups Cheerios
2 cups mini pretzels
1 cup peanuts
1 cup plain M&M’s

Place white chocolate wafers in a large microwavable bowl and melt by cooking about 1½ minutes. Stir the white chocolate until all lumps are gone. Add the cereal, pretzels and nuts and stir until well coated. Then add the M&M’s. Spread onto waxed paper and allow to harden about 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container. Great for gifts or Christmas munching at home!

Well, I've just learned that a single woman can put up her own nine foot live tree and survive!! I had told my college age sons that it was either a fake tree and big or a live tree and smaller. (We have a 12 foot ceiling.) They voted for a live tree -- I was thinking six foot, but came home with the nine. The lights are on and my decorations are on -- now, just to wait for my sons to be home on break!

Things are going better -- I just may survive this holiday season!

Hey Jilly....recipe sounds yummy! How much snow did you get? We got atleast 30in. and it snowed for 37 hrs!!! I'm sick of shoveling....at least for a few days!

Edie....good for you! It's amazing what can be done when we are the only one there to get it done! Hang in there....it will get better. What helped me was not allow my Ex to make me miserable....saw it as giving him power over my happiness and I didn't want to be his victim any more. Prayers for you my Sis......don't let being single ruin the Saviors Birthday for you.

Hemi mom, what a great recoipe. Will go out and get the things this week. Will let you know how it turns out.

Wow stamper, 37 in???? Here in no. va. we got a tiny bit-about 3in or so. But less then a 30 minute drive, they got 15 inches on top of 6 or so. There was a fine line between a lot of snow and a little. I'm glad we were below the big snow line. Kids don't want to miss anymore school.
