great - now the chocolate coins are being tainted.....

so much for the hanukah gelt this year - not taking any chances.

I hear ya, I am a Christian but I always send stuff to my neice and family for Hannukah. I guess I can make my own gelt, but it will be wrapped in aluminum foil instead of gold money color.

just be sure you buy kosher chocolate coins and you won't get the chinese tainted ones.


either the ones made in the USA or those made in israel are fine.

The recall was from last October (not this year). Highly unlikely those are still on any shelves.
