Childs Crocs Sizing

Can anyone help me out with the sizing of crocs for children? On this website http://shop.crocs.com/pc-60-4-kids-disney-cayman.aspx?reqid=60 the sizes range from C6/C7 to M3/W5. What on earth do those numbers mean? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

They are saying it is a child 6/7 because they don't have half sizes. That transletes into mens size 3 or womens size 5. M3/W5. They say that for people that have small feet and fit childerns sizes.
