Children's Garden at EPCOT

Where is the Children's Garden at EPCOT? I was just reading about the LadyBug and Butterly release that takes place there.

Hi and welcome to the Dis! You know I saw that a couple of weeks ago and for the life of me I cant remember where it was. I'll bump this up for you because I know someone will know the answer.

There is a butterfly garden outside of Innoventions East going towards Test Track.

The Children's Bug garden was over in WS at the Outpost.

Unless things have changed in previous years these 2 gardens aren't permanant ,just out during the F&G Festival.I hope I'm wrong about that because I loved them both!
