Children's counter service?

Does anyone know of places that offer things other than the typical mac and cheese or chicken fingers for kids? I figure if I can find one or two locations in each park, I can work some variety into our meals...

would they share a meal like at Cosmic Rays....chicken and potatoes and seasonal veggies........it is really very good and plentiful.
ALso alot of the meals at the hotels are big enough to share with two kiddos....
I know that some kiids that went also shared the spaghetti meal with salad and breadsticks ....
I would do that rather then thinking of the chicken fingers and mac and cheese....Although I love that mac and cheese too.
