My 10 yo had a mishap on the school playground and injured her foot. She cannot put any weight on it, it is in a soft cast, and she needs to use crutches.
She will still be in the cast when we go to WDW, and probably will need the crutches, too.
I'd appreciate any pointers about how to make the trip as easy for her as possible. I'm afraid that she won't be able to go all day or very far with the crutches.
Can we rent a stroller for the week? We are staying on-site. I have requested a room close to the elevators. But even a long walk to the room may be fatiguing for her.
What about transportation to the parks?
Getting on / off rides?
Any tips would be gratefully appreciated.
