Child under age 3 for room occupancy

I'm hoping this is just a glitch with the website but when I try to look at resort options for my sisters family I am having difficulty on the WDW site. I am trying to get the pricing for her for a Value resort for Oct 2014. It will be 2 adults and 3 kids but 1 of the kids will only be 2 so I choose 2 adults/3 children for the total and put in the kids ages. Then I only have the options of Art of Animation and ASMusic since those have the family suites. It stated that the other 3 values are not available due to the party size exceeding the room occupancy.

I thought you could have 4 plus a child under 3 at all the resorts in a regular room?

Right now I am just trying to get all the pricing for her so she can start her budget.

It's something with the booking. I had the same problem. I just omitted my infant when crunching the numbers.

Thanks so much. My family is 2 adults, 2 kids so I never had that problem before. This will be my sisters first trip so I am helping plan and trying to give her different pricing structures!

This has been an issue ever since the "new and improved" web site was launched.

Your sister shouldn't have any problems booking the standard value room if she does it over the phone.

Some people have had success online by calling the 2 year old an "infant" rather than a child with an age attached.

Thanks, I tried that also but still got the same result. Instead I decided to just look at prices based on 4 and when the time comes to book, I will just call. That' is what I usually do so I can check if there may be a pin code attached to my name that I was not aware of.
