Hey everyone. Yes, it looks like I'm blocked again at work. I'm on at home right now, just saying "hi" one last time before I fade back into the non-Dis and non-Disney doldrums.
As for my 40th, Fabs, I have no idea what I will do, if anything. I refuse to lift a finger to plan anything for it. If anything happens, DW needs to plan something, just like I did for her 40th a few years back. My birthday is November 6. As long as my DW and my beauties recognize it, I'll be ok. If you haven't figured it out, my screen name references 2 things about me: 1) I love Ed Grimley. He's my favorite Saturday Night Live character ever. Martin Short is a genius for coming up with him, first on SCTV, then bringing the character to SNL in the 80's. I could never be as handsome as the stud I have in my avatar picture, one Mr. Ed Grimley. 2) I was born in 1968. It was one heck of an eventful year. Riots all over the place, madness in Chicago for the DNC convention, an Apollo trip around the moon, the Tet offensive, the Beatles were at their creative peak with the White album, an earthquake in Kentucky the day I was born (they're not as frequent here as in California obviously), and Richard Milhous Nixon was elected the day before I was born. It wasn't really a very good year (except for the White album and the fact that I began my earthly existence then), but I'm proud to have been born in it.
Susan, I'm glad the earthquake was (relatively) minor, at least compared to Northridge, etc. Let's hope there are no bigger ones for a long, long time.
