As you know, I live up in Brewer Country. I was listening to a Milwaukee station yesterday and the announcer said, "The Brewers are trying to get off the schneid with a win today against the Rockies.". I love that term! It's so ... Wisconsin.

All kidding aside, KB actually being his normal self, slower to start seasons. Hendrick's is fine, Joe just eyeing up the pitcher/batter duels. He started on the 5th last season too, seems to work fine for him given his stellar outings.Things will change too. Matter of fact they already have,lol. Arrieta will have a bit shorter rotation now as Lester will be facing the Dodger's in the home opener

I watched the game on my phone on the way home from visiting a college for my DD. Great to see KN get out of his slump!

Davies is pretty darn good, sure~..so is Jake Ironically Szczur does well against Davies, well actually LaStella has too..we will see if either DH while he is still in. Davis was less than great against the Rockies (tho his defense didn't exactly have his back) and the Cub bats have awoken. He has a lot to think about tonight, lol. Addie in a groove and these guys just feed off each other. Felt good to take a W by more than 2

We went to Iowa State and it was great! My DD is still waitlisted at the University of Wisconsin and she'll have a tough choice if she gets off it.
