go to 5:13 . Right as JHey going to bat. There is no sound tho. I am just not sure why Willy turned around. He sheepishly walks behind Joe into the dugout @5:36 . Them there is slow mo of the play. Doesn't provide much explanation tho.
Also Robin, did I hear the crowd correctly chanting" Grimm you suck?"

Taylor Davis IS getting the start....makes the most sense, hope his bat shows up with his catcher's gear.
Was hoping to see AAJ but I do love Jay. STL currently up 4-1 in the 7th, I hope this lineup is productive.

Welcome Jen-Ho! Can't wait to see what you bring!(also, amI the only one who isn't a fan of the whole TD stare down the camera's thing?It's annoying and am glad they have not been doing it much at all at Wrigley, that I have seen, anyway)

Thanks! I didn't think to look at the highlight reel. No, I did not hear anyone chanting "Grimm you suck.". The slow mo showed Willy rubbernecking instead of running and that's the part I missed. I saw the play at 3rd.

For the out-of-towner Cubs fans, Wayne is *the* voice of Wrigley Field. His rendition of the National Anthem is so wonderful that I am disappointed when someone else sings!

omg Robin, I remember when this happened! My dad was neurotic about me heading to concerts there, would always remind me of "When Mr. Messmer almost died". As you know we were on Waveland game 5 and could hear him loud and clear , but all that was on my mind was the Cubs, and the man we met on the train, Ulysses, who attended the 1945 W.S. at Wrigley.
SO MUCH emotion in so many ways with the Cubs winning~
