Boy, my house looks so nice with the upstairs tree up. I also put the girls trees in each of their rooms. Stephanie has my Grandma's tree (a table top fiber optic tree) and I bought Katie a small table top tree and Kevin put regular lights on it. Each of the girls picked out their own garland and ornaments for their trees - they look nice.
It was sad putting up my Grandma's tree though, because I normally see it at her house. Yesterday we also visited her grave and took two balloons for Thanksgiving, and Stephanie took a special picture she colored. They had stakes in the ground by each grave for winter so I put the picture through the stake. I told Stephanie that next time I'll take a staple gun and staple her next picture to the stake. This Thanksgiving will be hard for this family with her not being here - it just not right that I'm going to be making her sweet potatoes.
I"m not sure yet what's going on today - getting ready for Thanksgiving I guess. I do know that Kevin is making breakfast, so that's nice

**When you get a chance, would you mind posting the website with all of Toby's Captain Jack, Willy Wonka, etc. pictures. She's never seen it and those pictures are AWESOME!!!!
bigben - Happy Anniversary to you!!!!!

Where did you go out to dinner? I hope you had a nice night!!!
Bunchkin - I remember you talking about these boys before - how upsetting!!!

I had a friend, who is now just an acquaintance (sp?) that has boys that were always animals when they came to my house too. I understand your irritation with this, and it's so hard to know how to approach the parents.
Rosemarie - Don't feel bad about venting about your family problems - that's what we are here for

I just hope everything works out for you
macraven - Welcome home to your son

I bet it's nice to have him home

Any word from your son in Mexico yet?
Sam - I'm glad Megans haircut turned out well.
*I'm sorry your SIL is being the way she's being. Don't dwell on your MIL's condition and just go and have a great time. Like you said, she could still be here for a couple more months - no ones knows. Because of this - go have fun. When you say SIL, is this your DH's sister? If so, and this is her mother, I guess I can understand her nervousness. But she shouldn't be spoiling your trip though. I hope you have lots and lots of fun. I will keep your MIL in my prayers.
Well, I guess I should get going - have a good Sunday today everyone!!!
