Bunchkin I think its great you're taping the construction vehicles! They always seem like the rules don't apply to them because they're bigger. Well I hope you're able to teach them a lesson!

The weather is pretty clear here, but it seems to be getting hotter. A convocation just broke out at Rockefeller chapel nearby and I see these people with their dressy clothes and grad gowns and wondering how miserable they must be right now! Glad I'm in my office with my little ac unit!

And, feeling REALLY old today...as tomorrow we take our youngest back to Iowa for his SENIOR year of college! I can remember when he was in preschool. Cherish your children's younger years...they honestly go by in a FLASH!!!

had to show this to my Dsis and she almost killed me.... the Wiggles is not a fave of hers but of my nephew and he insist his fave Aunt would sit and watch with him . She is good though she sits till they are done watching.

thank you for the warm thoughts, today was the service and I did not go since I am not good at it. We ( my family) just wen to church and said a prayer and got a dozen smiley balloons of which my friend loves dearly and the kids let go of the balloons and 6 white doves at the park on the time of her burial. It did gave me closure. And also we still have sessions at work with the grief counselor.

Hi!!!


Lauren got hurt in P.E today. She was sitting on the floor and when she got up her foot slipped on the floor and her head hit the wall!!
She seems ok now though. I'm keeping an eye on her to see if she gets a bump on her noggin or not.
Her leg is doing a lot better BTW.

DH is cutting the grass. He is obsessed with cutting the grass!!

Michelle I think it's great you are a saver!!! And since you started a new card, I'll take the old one!! Thank you very much!!

Donna I understand what you are saying about feeling old. Even though mine are younger, the older my kids get the older I feel. I can't believe Lauren is going to be 9 yr old. It's like I just gave birth to her!!


Mindy I did some more spy taping early too. I think I'll do some more on Monday while the kids are at the bus stop and then take it over to the builders office!!

I had fun this morning video taping construction trucks blowing through the stop sign across the street from my house. You should see how they drive!! And they do this with the kids around at the bus stop too!!
I called the police and was told my concerns would be told to a superviser.
Well, I'm going to video tape when the kids get off the bus too.
And then let's just see what I do with the tape!!! BWAAAAAHAAA!!
I've been complaining about this for the year and a half I've lived here!

I trully know what you are feeling. I had sat down and did what you did, tape them and complained at the borough hall but nothing happend since they said no accident had been reported. But sad to say the much awaited accident happend. We live in a more older neighborhood and my bneighbors are about my parents age. They tend to do alot of walking and one day an older couple was hit and did not make it, this was on a curve with the sign 25 miles/hr. Finally, now we have a cop car sitting at the corner on busy hour like the bus pick up and rop off at 7 AM around 3ish and midnite. I hope they fix your situation soon before anything bad happened

ANTSS2001 Going to the grief counselor is a good idea. My stepmom did that after my dad passed very unexpectely. I should have gone to that was a though time. The balloons and the doves were a very special idea
