Who knew we had celebrities here.

My DH told me that YEARS ago but I didn't really pay much attention, just a "hmm..that's interesting" passing statement. Somewhere across town though, I was told.

I loved Cookie! So, didn't really pay attention to Whizzo. Then when Bozo was going off the air and all the write-ups & everything, sure enough it was in one of our local papers that he lived here. Of course, it's not like he goes around town with his make-up on either. I could be standing right next to him and wouldn't have a clue.

I was sad to see Cookie left because of health reasons but at least I found out why & it wasn't some sort of underlying fued or something of that nature.

I just found out the dates for next years American Girl Benefit Sale!!
It's the 21 and 22 of July in Middleton WI!!

I already booked a hotel for the weekend!!!!

Disneymama and Hersey just have to say a big thanks for the memories. Checked out those links and boy did that take me back to my childhood. Happy times. I remember waiting for Ray Raynor to call my school's name on the air for snow days. Oh, and that nostalgic sweet shop. Oh, my goodness. I may have to order some of that just to show my kids what kind of candy I ate. They already tell me I am from the "olden times". If they only knew.

As far as the Bengston's Pumpkin Patch meet and game/pizza night meet goes: Official date for this meet has been set for Saturday Oct 28!!
Meet time 1pm!! We can either meet at the pumpkin patch or meet at my home and then convoy over. I'm easy to get to. The pumpkin farm is 15 minutes from me.

Can't make this. Goddaughter/niece's 5th BD party is that day, according to DSIL, as of today. IF it changes, I'll let you know.

I met Stephanie's teacher last night, and she is really nice. I think Stephanie's goint to have a very enjoyable year.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get your documents from WDW after you have paid in full?? I can't remember how long it usually takes!!

I can answer this!!!!
It took 17 days for us. We paid off the trip on 10th and they came on the 27th. I just love it when those luggage tags get here. It makes the trip feel even closer!!!!

DHs brother went to the Bozo show and he was selected to PLAy the Buckets!!!

This almost happened to me.
When you went you picked a ticket, and if your ticket # was called, you got to go play the game. I switched tickets with my friend, and her # was called, and she got to play the game. I remember being so sad She was really little and small at the time, so she didn't do very well. I remember thinking to myself how I would have done well because I was tall, and I had the game at home. I was pretty good at it

Hi all ! Well I guess summer is officially over...alarm woke us up for the first time since May today!! UGH We have been so crazy busy! Hopefully once the girls start school on Thursday I'll have my DIS time back.

Sorry to say we can't make the pumpkin patch meet - the 28th is Miss Gracies 7th bday! I'm sure we'll be having some sort of bash!

I haven't read back more than 3 pages so far....man miss a day or two around here & you miss a lot!

I can't believe I'm about to break the 30 day mark...OMG I am so psyched!

Today's the back to school lunch the PTO does for the teachers. So I'll get to do my best "love your PTO" speech hahahahahahah

Then I think we'll try to swim & get some ice cream....later

I spent the rainy day yesterday cleaning and reorganizing: my scraproom, the girls closets, my closet...even the junk drawer in the kitchen...& NO I'm not pregnant!
