Don't worry about the extra eating. Do you think maybe you needed more calories because of all of the exercising you are doing?? I'm just wondering. And muscle takes more calories to keep around.
Get some rest. You don't want to get sick again.
And good going on your lent challenge. I am staying away from diet sodas and I think I am going to faint!
Now with being pregnant, when I do add diet sodas back in, they are going to be sweetened with splenda. It's a move I've wanted to make for a long time anyway. But I will still be pushing the water. I can always use more of that.
