Just do it.OK - You guys are really scaring me!DD wants to eat there for dinner on her 13th b-day. She is taking French in school which is why she wants to eat her b-day dinner there. Now I do not know what to do...........
There isn't a restaurant around which doesn't have bad days or fails to impress some of its patrons. Even V & A has its detractors. For example, one of the restaurants often mentioned as a must-do is Citrico's, and I've had nothing but poor experiences there, so likely will never try them again. That doesn't mean I'm more correct than anyone else, just that it's not a place where I've received good food or service. Most of all, you won't know whether Chefs will be the right choice unless you actually go, and given that your daughter wishes to have her birthday dinner there, it would be my first choice. And she can try out her French language skills on the servers--I'm sure they'd enjoy that sort of interaction. In short, go, eat, enjoy!
