We will be staying at Beach Club 7-11 Dec 2012 and were hoping to find out if Chef TJ is still at Ohana's (Poly).

No, he moved quite a while ago.
Last I heard he was at the Grand Floridian, over seeing 1900 Park Faire, I believe

Thank you for the information. Have you eaten at 1900 Park Faire? i would guess if I call the Grand floridian , they could advise if Chef TJ is still there.
We have been coming to WDW for aprroximately 20 yrs and found that all WDW restuarant do work with food allergies. However, Chef TJ goes that extra step to make the meal extra special.
