Just had to say thanks to Chef Peter at the Poly. My wife has developed a allergy to shrimp and Chef Peter came to the table, walked us thru what could and what would not be a problem for her. HE was very nice and kind about the whole thing.
My wife is a chemist and toxicologist by education and wotk, I was a chef for many years and I gotta tell you we both felt that every angle was covered! Made us feel very cared about and my wife very special.
