How hard is it to get an 8:00 am PS for Chef Mickey's? As difficult as it is to get one for Cindy's?

No, not AS hard, but it IS a popular spot. I called and got my PS 90 days out....no problem!!

I agree. While you dont have to start calling at 6:58 for Chef Mickeys, if you have a certain time you want, especially a popular one like 8:00, Id call pretty soon after 7:00, 90 days out.
