Just tried to book Chef Mickey's- do they serve lunch?
Only times were breakfast or dinner.

No. I believe all of the buffets at the resorts are closed for lunch. (That's at least true for Chef Mickey's, 1900 Park Faire and 'Ohanas)

No lunch at Chef Mickeys.

Akershus, Crystal Palace, Cinderella's Royal Table, Hollywood & Vine, and Tusker House are the only character meals that serve lunch. All inside parks as the PP noted.

Sometimes at very very busy times CM serves lunch, but generally not.
