I booked a reservation at chef mickey for 11:15 - the website says breakfast is until 11:30 - so does that mean we have 15mins to eat? Do the characters go away at 11:30??

Please assure me the reservations are ok

NO, the last breakfast reservation seating they take is for 11:30. All those in the restaurant can eat at their leisure and the characters are still around.
