Anyone know if you can just buy one 5 x7 ? I am trying to decide if the plus is worth it b/c we are within our 14 days.. that stinks! 85 difference.... My child will only ride the Buzz ride.. we ar also going to CRT

It's been a few years since we have been, but I think it is like all character dinners in that photos are a pre-set price for the package and only one package is offered. I maybe wrong since it has been since 2008 that we went CM

Do you mean they won't let you take your own photos when the characters come to your table??

I sure hope so.... I've seen lots of friends who have visited and they have pics of the characters at meals. Please tell me this is so! We have two character meals planned and we want to take lots of photos!

You can take as any photos at you table with the characters as you want. The professional one is with a Mickey statue in font of a big plate. (unless the changed the theme). You don't have to buy it if you don't want to.

You can absolutely take your own pics with the characters. There is no photographer inside the dining area, so ALL of those pics will have to be taken by you. The photo the OP is talking about is the picture the photographer takes of your entire party prior to being seated at your table, and PP is correct, it is a set price somewhere around $35-$40 dollars, with no obligation to buy.

thanks guys.. sorry to cause confusion.. I just wondered if you could buy just one 5 x 7 .. but I guess its a package.

Years ago, you could buy smaller components of the main photo package. We used to like to just buy the set of magnets for around $15. They stopped allowing that though and now you have to buy the whole thing.

I think we will end up buying Photopass+ this trip. Our youngest will be tall enough to ride the majority of rides so pics of her first times will be fun to have plus we are doing quite a few of the restaurants that offer pictures as well.

I read on another thread that even if you are within 14 days of your trip, you may still be able to pre-order the Photopass+. I think it said to call Photopass and they would instruct you on what to do. :wizard:

I also wanted to just buy a 5x7, but I had to get a package. My DD was so embarrassed when I said, "Is there anything cheaper that I can buy?", the woman said no. :rotfl:
